Green Space Maintenance Contract for the Commune of Beaune

This contract is for the maintenance of green spaces in the Commune of Beaune. It is a re-launch of the first lot, which was initially opened for bids on June 28, 2024, and included three lots: Lot 1 for green space maintenance, Lot 2 for water body maintenance, and Lot 3 for tree heritage maintenance. Lots 2 and 3 were awarded on December 12, 2024. Due to the expiration of the validity period for the offers, the Tender Commission decided on January 6, 2025, to re-launch Lot 1 for green space maintenance. This is an open tender awarded as a single-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with the relevant public procurement code articles. There is no minimum value for this lot, and the maximum value is set at 350,000 Euros excluding tax for the total duration of the contract. The contract will be effective from the date of notification until December 31, 2028.
