Kitchen Equipment Modernization and Energy Measures for ZŠ Sibírska

This contract involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of kitchen equipment and technological appliances for the existing operation at ZŠ Sibírska in Bratislava. The kitchen area, marked in the layout, is part of the overall modernization of the school kitchen and dining facility located within the school premises. The kitchen operates in a standalone building on the elevated ground floor, with a basement housing kitchen support facilities. Some kitchen equipment is partially new, while the rest will be replaced. A construction renovation is planned for the kitchen, serving area, and part of the basement, which will occur simultaneously. New connections for gas, electricity, water, and waste will be required according to the layout of the new appliances. Coordination with the construction supplier is necessary to align the delivery of kitchen equipment, synchronize work schedules, and ensure proper connection of technologies to the utilities. The heating medium will be electricity and gas. Detailed descriptions are provided in the tender documents.
