Gas Supply Pipeline Construction in Denmark

Evida Service A/S is seeking suppliers for the construction of a new steel pipeline to transport excess biogas from Frøslev to Terkelsbøl. This project is necessary because biogas production from the biogas plant in Southern Jutland cannot be distributed in the local network during the summer months. The construction will involve approximately 17,700 meters of pipeline installation, including trenching and directional drilling, affecting agricultural land, protected forest areas, wetlands, and a Natura 2000 watercourse. Key tasks include welding approximately 17,700 meters of Ø168.3 mm steel pipe, performing about 3,553 meters of directional drilling, connecting to existing pipeline infrastructure in Frøslev plantation, and constructing valve and scraper arrangements. The project aims to enhance the biogas distribution capacity in the region.
