Network Routers for University of Palacký in Olomouc

This public procurement contract involves the supply of a core active element to expand the computer network services at the Faculty of Education of Palacký University in Olomouc. The detailed technical specifications are provided in the documentation. The contract includes not only the delivery and installation of the equipment but also training and warranty service. The delivery includes: a) a complete supply of the core active element necessary for the infrastructure supporting the education at the Faculty of Education in Olomouc. This is an expansion of the existing network infrastructure with a new element that integrates with the current IT infrastructure to accommodate the increase in student numbers and changes in their training approach, including the use of information technology in education; b) all optical and metallic connecting cables required for the operation of the supplied core active element (excluding metallic and optical wiring within the building), as well as other installation materials, installation and configuration of the active element, and its integration into the existing infrastructure, including ensuring basic configuration for connection to the network of Palacký University in Olomouc, i.e., complete, functional, and flawless execution of all related installation work, including the supply of necessary materials and equipment essential for the proper completion of the contract and ensuring its operational capability. The proposed technical solution must be fully compatible with the computer network at the Faculty of Education of Palacký University in Olomouc, as described in Appendix 4 of this documentation; c) cleaning and removal of all packaging and other materials used during the installation in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended.
