Installation of Fire and Security Systems in Residential Buildings

This contract involves engineering services for the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of fire alarm, security alarm, and perimeter protection systems in the buildings of the Administration-Management of MRE Gorna Oryahovitsa. The project will be executed in two phases: Phase One involves creating a working project according to technical requirements; Phase Two includes the delivery of equipment and materials, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the systems. The scope of work includes: preparing a working project; delivering, installing, and commissioning video surveillance systems; delivering, installing, and commissioning perimeter security systems; delivering, installing, and commissioning fire alarm systems; delivering, installing, and commissioning security alarm systems; and constructing external security lighting for the site.
