Czech Republic – Architectural and Related Services – Construction of Building C at the UHKT Campus – Preparation of Project Documentation

The purpose of this contract is to secure the services of a designer through a Work Contract, which will involve the preparation of documentation for building permits and other requirements of the contracting authority. This includes project management services, such as obtaining building permits, assisting in the selection process for construction contractors, and providing author supervision for the construction project "Construction of Building C." This project entails the construction of a new pavilion for healthcare purposes and the modification of related outdoor areas (the northern courtyard) on the contracting authority's land parcels 1899, 1897/7, 1898/7, 1897/6, and 1898/1 in the cadastral area of Nové Město in Prague. It also includes all necessary related transportation and technical infrastructure (external water supply, external sewage connection to the public sewer, stormwater management system including storage and retention tanks, heating systems, connection to electrical power distribution including a new campus transformer station and campus distribution, and electronic communication networks). The construction project also involves the demolition of the existing buildings C and E located on the construction site.
