    Brief

This contract involves the purchase and delivery of one flow cytometer. The buyer reserves the right to exercise an option to enhance the flow cytometer with a 561nm laser (50mW) and additional detection capabilities in three fluorescence channels, depending on their current needs. If the buyer decides to exercise this option, they will submit a written order to the contractor. This option is a unilateral right of the buyer, which they may choose to exercise but are not obligated to. If the buyer does not exercise the option, the contractor has no claims regarding this. Should the buyer opt for the enhancement, the contractor must fulfill the order under the same conditions as the original contract. Activation of the option will not require a contract amendment. Detailed technical, functional, and user requirements for the flow cytometer are provided in Annex 2A of the procurement documentation. The equipment must be brand new and produced no earlier than 2024.
