Modular Building Rental for Paul Maitrot Elementary School

This contract opportunity involves the rental (with an option to purchase) of modular buildings for the Paul Maitrot Elementary School. Due to renovation work at the school, half of the elementary school will be relocated to modular buildings from September 2025 until the completion of the renovations, expected in December 2026. The modular buildings will be placed in the schoolyard during the renovation period. According to Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is not divided into lots as it does not allow for the identification of distinct services. The contract consists of four phases: 1) Studies and support for obtaining authorization to set up a public establishment; 2) Assembly and installation on site; 3) Rental; 4) Removal of the modular buildings. The contract is divided into three segments: 1) Firm segment: basic service for rental of modular buildings until December 31, 2026; 2) Optional segment 1: extension of phase 3 for a maximum period of 6 months from January 1 to July 2, 2027; 3) Optional segment 2: activation of the purchase option.
