Electricity Supply for Water and Sewage Company in Opole

This contract involves the purchase of electricity for 185 delivery points owned by the Water and Sewage Company in Opole, located in the city of Opole and the municipalities of Opole, Dąbrowa, Prószków, Tarnów Opolski, and Izbicko. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. A detailed list of delivery points and the structure of electricity consumption (both quantitative and qualitative) is provided in Table 1 - Annex 9 to the Terms of Reference. The total contracted demand is 7305 kW. The supplier is expected to provide continuous electricity supply at a single profile price for all delivery points at voltages of 15 kV and 0.4 kV, with a frequency of 50 Hz, meeting the basic quality standards as per the regulations for the operation of electrical devices, while adhering to the construction regulations for electrical devices, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as current Polish norms. The estimated total electricity supply over a 12-month period for the 185 delivery points is approximately 8256 MWh, with an estimated total for the 2-year period being 16,512 MWh. The electricity supply will be governed by the provisions of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, and the relevant executive regulations, particularly the standards for customer service quality as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment dated November 29, 2022, regarding tariff formation and calculation methods, as well as electricity trading settlements.
