Public Transport Buses – Supply of 3 New Low-Floor, Low-Emission Buses for Urban Transport

This contract involves the supply of three brand new low-floor, low-emission buses for public urban transport. Specifically, it includes: 1) the delivery of one single low-floor city bus with a length of 11,500 to 12,200 mm, and 2) the delivery of two articulated low-floor city buses, each with a length of 17,500 to 18,200 mm. All buses must be from the same manufacturer. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 8 of the procurement documents. According to Article 393(1)(4) of the law, the contracting authority will reject any offer where the share of products from EU member states, countries with which the EU has equal treatment agreements, or countries subject to the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU does not exceed 50%.
