Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for Emergency Clothing

The Safety Region Zaanstreek-Waterland (VrZW) is initiating a European public procurement procedure for the cleaning of emergency clothing. This contract includes the cleaning, drying, impregnation, and repair of emergency clothing, as well as the execution of the logistics process and administrative handling. The contracting authority has estimated the (financial) scope of the contract as accurately as possible based on historical data: • Average per year: €70,000 excluding VAT. • Total for the next 4 years: approximately €305,375 excluding VAT and including an average inflation adjustment of 3.5%. • Total including optional extension: approximately €952,140 excluding VAT and including an average inflation adjustment of 3.5%.
