Learning Management System Services in France

This contract is for the provision of a Learning Management System (LMS) as a service. It is executed through purchase orders in accordance with Article R.2162-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The total financial limit for this contract is set at 160,000 Euros excluding tax for its entire duration. The contract will commence from the date of notification, which marks the start of legal obligations between the parties. Unless stated otherwise, services are expected to begin on March 1, 2026, for a duration of one (1) year. This date will serve as the anniversary date of the contract. The contract can be automatically renewed three (3) times for one year each (initial duration), totaling a maximum of four (4) years.
