Cemetery Maintenance Services in Hungary

This contract involves the maintenance and operation of a cemetery located in Dunaújváros, Hungary. The services required include ensuring 24-hour security of the cemetery, collecting entrance fees, managing the intake of deceased individuals and maintaining related records, operating a refrigeration unit for bodies, and cleaning the refrigeration area. Additionally, the contractor will manage the cemetery office, handle billing and collection of operational fees, provide information and assistance for inquiries made via phone or in person, ensure utility services are provided and any issues are resolved, and maintain the green areas of the cemetery, including mowing grass and collecting waste. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the facilities, providing services related to ceremonies, creating new burial plots, and sending reports on revenues and expenses as specified in the contract. The cemetery covers a total area of 205,175 square meters and is owned by the Dunaújváros Municipality.
