Catering Services for the Province of Utrecht

This contract opportunity involves providing catering services at various locations in the Province of Utrecht. The services required include: a) operation of the corporate restaurant; b) management of an all-day bar (coffee bar); c) meeting and lunch service; d) catering for events and banquets; e) provision of fresh fruit for staff; f) management of cup logistics (collection and cleaning of cups). Please note that the following services are not included in this contract: a) provision of hot beverage services; b) catering services for the Paushuize location; c) tenders for renovations on the ground floor. Key statistics for the coffee bar and restaurant are provided based on management information from 2024 and up to May 2025. Average daily visitors and spending are as follows: Coffee Bar - 125 visitors, €2.78 spending; Restaurant - 305 visitors, €4.35 spending. For 2025 (up to May), the averages are: Coffee Bar - 143 visitors, €2.86 spending; Restaurant - 348 visitors, €4.62 spending. The restaurant and coffee bar are open approximately 255 days per year. The banquet revenue for 2024 was €767,700 (excluding VAT), and for 2025 (up to May) it was €362,603. These figures are for reference only. A monthly breakdown is available in Appendix 18.
