Brief
The contract involves the delivery of fresh, pickled, root vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, and potatoes to the Police Training Center in Legionowo and the Support Department in Sułkowice. The delivery is divided into five parts: 1) Part I – root vegetables to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 2) Part II – fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 3) Part III – potatoes to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 4) Part IV – fruits to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 5) Part V – root vegetables, fresh and pickled vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, and potatoes to the Support Department in Sułkowice. Suppliers cannot submit alternative offers. Subcontracting is allowed, and suppliers must indicate which parts of the contract will be subcontracted and provide the names of any known subcontractors. The contractor must fulfill the order according to the terms outlined in the contract's essential provisions. The buyer reserves the right to not fulfill the entire order without financial or legal consequences, depending on the operational needs. The minimum remuneration for the contractor is set at 489,710.00 PLN gross, with specific amounts allocated for each part of the contract. The quantities listed in the pricing forms are average estimates, and actual orders will depend on the buyer's current needs. The buyer may cancel the procurement process if public funds are not allocated. The contractor must deliver the goods in properly sorted and secured packaging, under recommended temperature conditions, using clean transport. The total value of the order cannot exceed available financial resources. Deliveries will be made to the buyer's location at the contractor's expense, starting from October 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the first delivery planned for October 1, 2025. The delivery locations are the food storage facility of the Police Training Center in Legionowo and/or the food storage facility of the Support Department in Sułkowice.
