    Brief

This project involves the installation of a solar power system on the office building of the SVLFG in Landshut. The building, which serves as the SVLFG's office, will undergo facade renovations. The building consists of several components: a central building, a main corridor, and an office section divided into four parts. As part of the energy optimization efforts for this building, it has been decided to install a solar power system. The installation of solar panels will occur simultaneously with the facade renovation, which will be carried out in phases to ensure the office operations continue without interruption. Solar modules will be installed on all roofs except for the central building. The economic analysis conducted for this project indicates the following configuration for the solar power system: maximum utilization of roof areas, installed capacity (DC) of approximately 550,000 kWp, self-consumption with surplus feeding into the grid and direct marketing, and no battery storage. Close coordination with the architectural firm overseeing the facade renovation will be necessary during the construction phase. The tender for the construction work will be issued by the SVLFG's procurement office.
