Construction of a New Children's Campus in Mutterstadt - Lot 08 - Sanitary Works

The project involves the construction of a new 7-group daycare center with a cafeteria in place of an old kindergarten built in 1969. This will be located on the site of the former construction yard on Pestalozzistraße in Mutterstadt. Additionally, the nearby Pestalozzi Elementary School will be expanded with 4 new classrooms and 4 care rooms. The school and its gymnasium have recently been renovated. Access to the new buildings will be through the schoolyard, which will serve as a central area. The new cafeteria and daycare center will be situated along Pestalozzistraße, creating a clear separation between the street and garden area. The cafeteria/auditorium will be located between the existing gymnasium and daycare center, facing the schoolyard. The daycare center will consist of three 'houses' that blend with the surrounding smaller buildings and will have its group rooms oriented towards green spaces. A parking area for drop-off and delivery will be established at the corner of Fußgönheimer Straße and Schillerstraße, which will also include staff parking for the daycare center.
