IT System Expansion for SancuraPark Project

The Bamberg Social Foundation (the contracting authority) intends to procure IT components to expand the existing IT system as part of the new construction project "SancuraPark." This system was previously acquired through an EU-wide tender process in 2021/2022, with a contract duration of 84 months. The current system is fully implemented, operationally tested, and serves as the central foundation for critical network, security, and management processes across the organization. The expansion is solely for the functional completion of the existing system. Due to technical, economic, and security reasons, this tender will include a manufacturer-specific description. The conditions of § 31 Abs. 6 VgV apply. An equivalent solution from other providers is not feasible or economically justifiable for seamless integration into the existing system. The services are divided into lots. The contractor responsible for service and support after acceptance will be the one assigned to the respective lot. The basis for the services will be the EVB-IT contract variants to be concluded for each lot. Lot 1 involves the expansion of the existing network (Manufacturer: Huawei). Lot 2 involves the expansion of the firewall solution (Manufacturer: Fortinet). Lot 3 involves the expansion of the NAC solution (Manufacturer: HPE Aruba Networking). Lot 4 involves the expansion of the servers (Manufacturer: Lenovo). Lot 5 involves the expansion of the existing storage solution (Manufacturer: Huawei).
