Fire Trucks Supply Contract

This contract involves the supply of three medium-sized fire and rescue vehicles equipped with a module for removing windfall and flood effects. The contract is divided into two parts: Part I involves the delivery of one medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle, while Part II involves the delivery of two such vehicles. There are no restrictions on the number of parts a single contractor can bid for or be awarded. Each vehicle must meet specific requirements, including compliance with Polish road traffic laws and safety regulations, have valid certifications for fire protection use, and be newly manufactured. The vehicles must also be equipped with emergency signaling devices, a 4x4 drive system, communication equipment, and various firefighting tools. A detailed description of the contract is available in Annex 1. The buyer reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if public funding is not secured.
