    This procurement aims to establish framework agreements for the purchase of trauma metal osteosynthesis tools and joint prostheses for a period of three years. The procurement is divided into 23 lots, and suppliers may submit bids for one or multiple lots. The contract includes a requirement for the supplier to provide training for users (doctors, nurses) on the safe and proper use of each product, in accordance with current best medical practices. This training must be conducted in Estonian and will take place at the Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. For lots 1 to 14 and 22, the buyer intends to establish a framework agreement under consignment warehouse conditions, while for the remaining lots, the agreement will be under purchase conditions.
