Technical Support Services for ICT Infrastructure

This public procurement contract involves the provision of services to take over from the current provider of support and operation services for the buyer's infrastructure. The selected supplier will be responsible for: 1) Providing technological and application support for the operation of the infrastructure and user support according to specific catalog sheets, 2) Offering additional services through the supplier's project team members as required by the buyer throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement, 3) Potentially providing exit services related to the final termination of services under the Framework Agreement, which includes preparing and handing over the buyer's infrastructure to a new provider at the end of the contractual relationship, following the buyer's instructions.
