Construction and Renovation Services for St. Johann School

The project involves the renovation and expansion of the Grund- und Werkrealschule (primary and secondary school) in St. Johann, Germany. Additionally, the building will be made accessible for individuals with disabilities by installing an elevator. The renovation will be carried out in phases, with the first phase focusing on the expansion of the Werkrealschule and the second phase on converting the swimming pool area. The goal is to ensure that the school can provide adequate facilities for the growing number of students and meet the legal requirements for full-day care.
