Digital Storage Infrastructure for Project KHN

This contract involves the supply of a digital storage and backup infrastructure for the KHN project, which includes two NAS file storage systems and a backup system. The project aims to create a high-capacity common data repository to support various activities across four key areas: 1) Digital Database: Utilizing 3D technologies for the intervention of protected assets, implementing BIM methodology for virtual modeling of protected buildings, and providing training for cultural heritage conservation agents. 2) Remote Monitoring Plan for Cultural Assets: Establishing monitoring systems for Cultural Heritage Assets (BIC) using sensors for real-time data collection on conservation, security, energy efficiency, and usage. 3) Smart Labs Network for Research: Providing a mobile laboratory for diagnosing and analyzing the conservation status of cultural assets, developing digital twins, and exploring new conservation techniques. 4) Artificial Intelligence in Cultural Heritage Management: Applying data mining and AI to cultural heritage, managing tourism initiatives intelligently, and automating visitor management and monument access. The total value of the contract is €387,321.24.
