Fuel Supply Contract in Poland

This contract involves the gradual supply of liquid fuel (diesel) to tanks located at the fuel station of the Municipal Services Company in Komorniki, at Zakładowa Street 1. The total amount of fuel required is estimated at 720 cubic meters over the contract period, based on the quantity delivered in the previous 12 months. The actual amount may vary but will not exceed the estimated total and will not be less than 80% of the estimated quantity. Suppliers are invited to provide diesel fuel as specified in the contract.
