Water Supply and Wastewater Management Services in Sofia

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of drinking water, as well as the collection and treatment of wastewater for the needs of the Registration and Reception Center (RPC) in Sofia, which is a territorial division of the State Agency for Refugees under the Council of Ministers. The services are required for three locations in Sofia: 1) 21A Montevideo Blvd, Ovcha Kupel; 2) 29 Prof. Ivan Georgov St, Voenna Rampa; 3) 270 Botevgradsko Shose Blvd, Vrazhdebna. The contract duration is 36 months starting from August 1, 2025, or until the allocated financial resources are exhausted, whichever comes first. If there are unutilized financial resources, there is an option to extend the contract for up to 10 months or until the unutilized resources are exhausted, whichever comes first. This option can be executed through an additional agreement based on the relevant procurement law. The estimated value of the contract at the time of its announcement is based on the approved maximum prices by the state regulator, the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, for water and wastewater services, amounting to 620,000 BGN excluding VAT.
