Maintenance of Street Lighting and Traffic Control Lights in Szeged

The city of Szeged is seeking suppliers for the maintenance and operation of existing street lighting and traffic control equipment within its jurisdiction. This includes various components such as wiring, lamp arms, surge protection devices, mounting plates, ballasts, ignitors, phase correction capacitors, light sources, lamp bodies, and decorative lighting fixtures. Currently, there are 20,198 registered light sources, with a potential increase of 2% during the contract period. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintenance and operational tasks across the entire administrative area of Szeged. Additionally, the contractor must ensure the reception and operation of fault reporting. Some of the equipment is owned by MVM Lumen Kft., and the contractor will incur costs related to the use of this property. The contractor is also required to procure 600 units of MASZK LSA 20W 1TLS12 L01 OB surge protection lamp inserts to replace existing compact fluorescent lamps in ALTRA fixtures. After delivery, the contractor must store these inserts and use them for repairs as needed. Monthly reports on completed repairs must be submitted to the city, both electronically and in paper form. If the stock of lamp inserts is depleted before the contract ends, the contractor will be responsible for replacing or repairing the compact fluorescent lamps, although the use of LED inserts will not be mandatory.
