New Information Systems for the City of Kaplice

The purpose of this public procurement contract is to deliver and implement application solutions for selected operational and agenda information systems needed by the City of Kaplice and its contributing organizations. This includes a central economic system for the city and five educational organizations, a citizen portal linked to a payment gateway, and an information system for city council meetings. The contract also covers services related to delivery, installation, configuration, data integration and migration, setting up and consolidating rules and permissions, and training for IT administrators and users. Additionally, standard warranty and post-warranty service and support for the delivered software solution are included, along with any other related services as specified in the procurement documentation.
