Construction of Workshop and Support Facility for People with Disabilities in Neuenmarkt

Diakoneo KdöR Bau- und Immobilienmanagement is seeking suppliers for the construction of the 'Integrated Work Landscape Neuenmarkt'. This project involves building a workshop for people with disabilities, accommodating 250 individuals, and a support facility for 48 individuals. The new facilities will replace an existing establishment and are funded. The building will feature a three-part chamber structure for work and support areas, with approximately 5,089 m² designated for the workshop and about 1,324 m² for the support facility. The outdoor areas will include green courtyards with break and relaxation spaces, an accessible entrance, and extensive access paths for deliveries and staff.
