This contract involves construction work to renovate the Primary School No. 7 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The scope of work includes: - Replacing windows and doors - Insulating walls and installing moisture barriers - Insulating building partitions - Constructing a perimeter around the building - Insulating the roof, replacing the roofing material, and partially replacing the roof structure - Modernizing ventilation systems - Upgrading sanitary facilities - Painting walls and ceilings - Modernizing electrical, central heating, heating node, water and sewage, and fire hydrant systems - Demolition work - Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations - Renovating the building - Landscaping - General construction work - Modernizing low-current installations - Replacing indoor lighting and sports field lighting. Detailed specifications are provided in the technical documentation attached to the contract specifications. The contract will be executed based on: 1. specifications of essential contract conditions, 2. provisions in the future contract, 3. work estimates, 4. technical specifications for execution and acceptance of work, 5. construction project. The contractor provides a warranty and guarantee period of 5 to 7 years from the date of final acceptance, as per the offer declaration. If the contracting authority specifies trademarks, patents, or specific processes, equivalent solutions may be offered, provided they meet the same minimum technical, quality, and functional parameters. The contractor must demonstrate that their proposed solution meets the requirements set by the contracting authority. If references to standards, technical assessments, and specifications are included, equivalent solutions are allowed. The latest version of referenced standards will apply unless otherwise stated in the contract conditions. If referenced standards are national or specific to a country or region, other appropriate standards may also be used, provided they ensure equal or higher performance levels.
