Repairs and Maintenance of Railway Vehicles – Framework Agreement for Buffer Repairs

This public procurement contract titled 'Framework Agreement for Buffer Repairs' aims to establish framework agreements for work according to § 131 of the Public Procurement Act and § 169 of the Public Procurement Act with a selected supplier. A supplier will be chosen separately for each part of the public procurement. The subject of the public procurement and its individual parts is the repair of tubular buffers with a coil spring, tubular buffers with elastomeric suspension, and tubular buffers with a conical spring (also referred to as 'Buffer'). This will be carried out under the conditions set out in the procurement documentation, particularly in Annexes 1, 2, and 3 - the binding proposal for the Framework Agreement.
