    Brief

    This procurement involves the acquisition of medical materials for surgical sutures, divided into 65 lots, according to the specifications outlined in the tender document. The process will culminate in a framework agreement lasting 4 years for each lot. Following the establishment of the framework agreement, the contracting authority anticipates entering into subsequent contracts for a duration of 6 months or for any period covered by available funding, depending on needs and available resources. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities to be purchased through the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are detailed in the tender document - Annex B - Information on Lots. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will provide clear and complete responses to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. NOTE: The contracting authority is not obligated to respond to requests for clarifications or additional information that are not submitted within the established timeframe.
