The contract involves providing repair and maintenance services for official vehicles used by police units in the Lublin region. The scope of work includes: 1) Routine repairs, which involve assessing damage and replacing broken mechanical and electrical parts due to malfunctions or other incidents; 2) Technical servicing, which includes tasks performed on vehicles based on mileage or time intervals as specified by the manufacturer, including computer diagnostics of electrical systems, oil changes (excluding oil and filter costs), and checks for leaks in various systems; 3) Wheel repairs to restore full technical functionality; 4) Tire replacement with balancing; 5) Seasonal wheel changes without balancing; 6) Wheel balancing; 7) Exclusions include cosmetic services and installation of communication or audio-visual equipment. The list of vehicle brands and models covered by the service is provided in the contract documents. The number of vehicles may increase or decrease based on accidents or changes in the fleet. Services must be performed according to the contract terms, and workshops must be located within the administrative boundaries of the cities where the buyer is based or within 5 km of those boundaries. Additional requirements for the workshop include diagnostic equipment, multiple repair stations, and security measures. The contract allows for the purchase of spare parts and consumables from the contractor up to 40% of the contract value.
