Cleaning Services for Municipal Properties in Bydgoszcz

This contract involves providing cleaning services for properties owned or managed by the Municipal Housing Administration "ADM" Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz. The services include maintaining cleanliness in shared areas of buildings (such as staircases, basements, attics), courtyards, sidewalks, and public spaces, as well as caring for green areas. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for cleaning office buildings and their surrounding areas. The contract is divided into six parts, and suppliers can submit bids for any number of packages. Note that the buyer does not anticipate awarding contracts as mentioned in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
