Food Supply for Detainees

The Drobeta Turnu Severin Penitentiary is seeking to procure various food products that are part of the nutritional standards for detainees. These products are necessary for preparing meals for individuals deprived of liberty, in accordance with the provisions of the Minister of Justice's Order No. 3147/C/08.08.2018, which approves the food rights for detainees in the penitentiary administration system. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information from interested economic operators by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, as operators must have at least 10 days to prepare their offers based on the additional requirements provided in the clarification responses. Requests for clarifications can be made up to 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
