Public Green Space Maintenance Services in Česká Lípa

The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive services for the maintenance of public green spaces in Česká Lípa, which includes the care of green areas owned by the city. This involves ensuring and implementing all necessary organizational and technological measures for the proper execution of the contract. The goal is to systematically and periodically care for the urban greenery in accordance with relevant laws regarding nature protection, waste management, municipal governance, and plant health care. The actual amount of required activities will depend on the needs of the contracting authority and will not exceed the scope defined in the tender documentation. The contract is divided into three separate parts: 1. Part I – maintenance of public green spaces in Zone I, covering the northern part of the city between roads II/262 and I/9, including neighborhoods and parks. 2. Part II – maintenance of public green spaces in Zone II, covering the southern part of the city and various neighborhoods and parks. 3. Part III – maintenance of public green spaces in Zone III, covering the northern part of the city between roads II/262 and I/9, including neighborhoods and parks.
