Technical Control Services for UTOPISTES Building Construction

The contract involves technical control services for the construction of the UTOPISTES building at the International Circus Arts City in Vénissieux, France. The project is divided into two phases: a Firm Phase for technical control during the construction and studies up to the preliminary design phase, and an Optional Phase for the project management until the completion of the optional works. The total estimated area for the project is 4,449 m², which includes various spaces such as common areas, training and practice areas, creation spaces, and backstage facilities. The construction site is located at the eastern boundary of the Vénissieux Le Puisoz development project. The estimated budget for the works is €16,000,000 excluding VAT, covering both phases and including furniture and stage equipment.
