Construction and Installation Works for Burgas Industrial and Logistics Park Phase 2

This contract involves construction activities for the development of infrastructure in the Burgas Industrial and Logistics Park. Key tasks include: - Reconstruction of Targovska Street from points 108-122-123-192-124-125-126. - Construction of internal infrastructure, including a new section from points 126-194-127-128-129-130 to point 131, in accordance with the approved urban development plan, which includes a bicycle lane and street lighting. - Construction of streets and technical infrastructure within the boundaries of quarters 1, 2, 5, 10, and 4A, including road surfacing, drainage systems, water supply networks, street lighting, landscaping, low-voltage networks, and video surveillance. - Contingency costs up to 5% of the value of construction and repair works. The planned infrastructure includes: - Streets with a total length of 5,350 meters. - A network of bicycle lanes with a total length of 3,618 meters. - Reconstruction and construction of a new stormwater drainage system with a total length of 5,729 meters. - Reconstruction and construction of a new water supply network with a length of 3,388 meters. - Construction of a wastewater drainage system with a length of 3,807 meters. - Street lighting and power cable ducting; - Low-voltage ducting and video surveillance; - Street landscaping. The constructions fall under category III as per the Bulgarian Construction Act. Building permits have been issued and are in effect for the following constructions: Reconstruction of Targovska Street and construction of a new section according to the approved urban development plan – Building Permit No. 149/10.09.2024. Construction of streets and technical infrastructure within the boundaries of quarters 1, 2, 5, 10, and 4A – Building Permit No. 176/07.11.2024.
