Bulgaria – Centrifugal Pumps – Supply of Submersible Multistage Pump Units for Transporting Drinking Water

This contract involves periodic deliveries of submersible multistage pump units for transporting drinking water, necessary for the operational activities of 'Water Supply and Sewerage Dobrich' AD. Additionally, if needed and under the terms of the contract, periodic deliveries of centrifugal pump units for transporting drinking water, as well as spare parts, consumables, and components for the same, may be required beyond those specified in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1), according to specific needs and in accordance with the commercial discount outlined in the Contractor's Price Proposal (Appendix No. 3). The delivery of centrifugal pump units for transporting drinking water beyond those specified in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority (Appendix No. 1) will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority, as the nature of the company's operations is emergency-based. The requested items will be determined based on the needs of the Contracting Authority. Deliveries will be made based on periodic requests from the Contracting Authority as needs arise, specifying the type of item, technical parameters, and quantity, in accordance with Section X - Technical Specification for the specific position No. 4. The items subject to the order must be new, unused, and free from visible defects resulting from production and/or transport. The items and specific technical requirements are detailed in Section X. The subject of the order also includes the delivery of accessories, spare parts, and warranty service for the offered pumps. Delivery of pump units with better hydraulic efficiency and lower operating costs than those specified in the specification is allowed, in accordance with the emergency nature of the company's operations. The estimated value of the order for the specific position is indicative for the duration of the contract and does not bind the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to spend the entire estimated value for the specific position, which may be undershot or exceeded. If the contract is terminated before reaching its value, the Contracting Authority owes the Contractor no payment or compensation. The quantities for the specific position are estimated. The Contracting Authority does not commit to minimum or maximum quantities by type for the specific position. The quantities cannot be precisely determined by the Contracting Authority due to the emergency nature of the company's operations. The Contracting Authority does not commit to ordering all types of pumps described in the technical specification for the specific position. The quantities of requested items will be determined based on the needs of the Contracting Authority.
