Cleaning Products Procurement

This procurement opportunity is for the acquisition of plastic products for cleaning maintenance. The procedure is divided into 7 lots, and the framework agreement will be established for a period of 24 months with a maximum of 3 economic operators ranked by the price offered, provided that there are three qualified economic operators who meet the requirements outlined in the award documentation. If there are fewer than three qualified economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with all qualified operators. Details regarding the product name, unit of measure, maximum quantity for the framework agreement, minimum quantity for the framework agreement, quantity increase clause, maximum quantity for the specific contract, minimum quantity for the specific contract, and total quantity with revision clause are specified in the annexes of the specifications and the framework agreement proposal. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with Article 221, paragraph 1, letter a), to increase the maximum quantities of the framework agreement by up to 20% (see the quantity increase clause explicitly mentioned in the framework agreement proposal). Clarifications can be requested up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
