The City of Hannover is seeking a contractor for regular cleaning services at the primary school located at Am Stöckener Bach 5, 30419 Hannover. The contract will run from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2027, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The cleaning area covers approximately 3,264.06 square meters per day. The school operates full-day programs and is also used by clubs and tenants. Classes and care services run until 4 PM, and the sports halls are utilized for school and club sports, typically starting at 4 PM and on weekends. Since cleaning does not occur on weekends, higher levels of dirt are expected on Mondays, and cleaning schedules may need to allocate more time for this day. Cleaning will take place from Monday to Friday, with no services on public holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Cleaning will also be suspended during school holidays, except for specific holiday cleaning as per the contract and special cleaning for rentals. Restroom cleaning will not occur during school holidays. The school building is accessible from 4 PM to 9 PM, and the sports hall from 10:30 PM to 7:55 AM, with restroom cleaning starting at 11 AM.
