Consulting Services for Human Resource Management

This contract involves providing individual consulting services to 400 employers participating in the project "Employees - the Best Investment for Company 2.0". The consulting service for each employer will consist of two phases: Phase I includes personalized advisory support for diagnosing and analyzing the company's situation, as well as developing an individual Age Management Strategy (AMS) along with proposals for support within the project. Phase II involves individual advisory support for implementing the AMS, including designing and implementing HR processes and tools to support employee management, with a focus on practical implementation of diversity management, including age diversity within the company.
