Child and Youth Welfare Services Procurement – Youth Care Plus for Southeast Region

This procurement process aims to establish contracts for Youth Care Plus (JZ+) providers in the Southeast region starting January 1, 2026. The objectives include: 1. Gradually phasing out the current JZ+ care model to zero by 2030 in accordance with national policy, aligning with the development of alternative second-line care. 2. Ensuring the necessary JZ+ capacity is maintained throughout the phase-out period. 3. Securing the necessary developments or changes related to the transformation of the current JZ+ care model. 4. Gaining insight into the resources that contracted JZ+ providers will request from the Specific Grant Regulation for the transformation of youth care (from 2024) to facilitate the phase-out/reconstruction of JZ+. The actual application and approval of the SPUK funds are not part of the procurement process. The Hart van Brabant region is included as an optional contracting party in this procurement, as detailed in the JZ+ 2026-2030 procurement document.
