High-Temperature Laboratory Furnaces

The University of Paderborn is seeking to procure two precision-controlled tube furnaces for high-temperature applications in research. These furnaces must be suitable for processes such as diffusion, annealing, and oxidation. They should accommodate samples up to 10 cm (4 inches) in size, particularly made from lithium niobate, thin-film lithium niobate, silicon, and other crystalline materials. Accurate temperature control and stability are essential, especially in the range of up to 1300°C. The operation should be automatically controllable and capable of functioning under various gas atmospheres and vacuum conditions.
