Bulgaria – Reagents and Contrast Agents – Supply of Reagents and Consumables for the Needs of 'KOC-Shumen' EOOD

The subject of the contract is the periodic supply upon prior request of reagents and/or consumables for the needs of 'KOC - Shumen EOOD'. Full information regarding the scope, volume, and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specification. The subject of the Public Procurement is divided into 20 specific positions, which contain nomenclature units – consumables and/or reagents, representing medical devices as defined by the ZMI. Participation for all nomenclature units from one specific position is mandatory. Based on Article 21, paragraph 6 of the ZOP, 3 specific positions have been disclosed, detailed in the Technical Specification and in the Documentation. For these, options for extending the contract duration are NOT included!!! The total value of the procurement without included options is 414,395.70 BGN (four hundred fourteen thousand three hundred ninety-five leva and 70 stotinki) excluding VAT, representing the sum of the estimated values of 20 specific positions for a period of twenty-four months. The total value of the procurement with included options is 430,400.91 BGN (four hundred thirty thousand four hundred leva and 91 stotinki) excluding VAT (for OP No. 1 to No. 17). The total value of the procurement with included options (for OP No. 1 to No. 17) and the disclosed positions under Article 21, paragraph 6 of the ZOP (for which options are not included) is 500,475.91 BGN (five hundred thousand four hundred seventy-five leva and 91 stotinki) excluding VAT.
