The buyer reserves the right to adjust the areas and intervals for cleaning without initiating a new procurement process, as permitted under § 132 GWB Abs. 2 to 4. Suppliers can submit bids for one lot or both lots, but all objects and individual services within each lot must be included in the offer. The contract will be awarded by lot, and individual trades will not be awarded separately.
