Digital Mammography Equipment with 3D Tomosynthesis II

This public procurement contract involves the supply of a mammography machine, a medical device designed for imaging breast tissue. It is primarily used for the diagnosis and early detection of breast cancer in women who do not yet exhibit any signs of the disease. The contract also includes the provision of warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment, as required by the buyer. The implementation of this contract is part of the project 'Development of Highly Specialized Oncology Care at T. Baťa Regional Hospital, a.s.', registration number CZ.31.8.0/0.0/0.0/23_072/0008251, which is funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Facility as part of the Czech Republic's National Recovery Plan. The buyer informs that the selected supplier is required to provide necessary information and documentation (including accounting documents) related to the project implementation to employees or authorized representatives of designated authorities (OLAF – European Anti-Fraud Office, European Public Prosecutor's Office, Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, European Commission, European Court of Auditors, Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, Supreme Audit Office, and other relevant national authorities) until at least December 31, 2036, and to create conditions for these individuals to conduct project-related audits and provide assistance during the audit process.
