    Dublin City Council is seeking a contractor to establish a single-party framework agreement for the maintenance, installation, and cleaning of cycle track infrastructure. This contract will utilize the PW-CF11 Public Works Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract (Standard Agreement). The selected contractor will be responsible for carrying out various tasks as required by Dublin City Council, with a total value of up to €4,000,000 (excluding VAT) over a maximum duration of four years. Additionally, the contractor will serve as the Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) for each task order, in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
