Construction Project for the Central Laboratory Building Expansion

This contract involves the design, obtaining necessary approvals and permits, and construction of the expansion and renovation of the Central Laboratory Building at the University Children's Hospital in Krakow. The project will be executed in two phases: Phase 1 includes the expansion of the CLS building with any necessary modifications to the existing structure, installation of technological and furniture equipment, and obtaining occupancy permits for the new section. After relocating laboratory operations to the new section, Phase 2 will involve renovating the existing building, transferring some technological equipment, and installing additional furniture and technological equipment, followed by obtaining occupancy permits for the renovated section.
