Entry Services Contract for the Representation of Saxony-Anhalt at the European Union in Brussels

This contract involves providing entry services at the main entrance of the Saxony-Anhalt representation in Brussels. The contractor is required to ensure that entry services are available every weekday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays in Belgium. The entry service must be staffed year-round, with replacements provided in case of illness or vacation. Responsibilities include verifying visitor access rights, communicating with tenants, handling mail, assisting with events, providing information to visitors, operating the alarm system, and monitoring security. Minimum language skills in French and English are required, with German being an advantage. The entry staff must maintain a professional appearance, wear appropriate dark clothing, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. A police clearance certificate is required for staff. The entry service will report to the property manager on-site and must be reachable by phone during service hours. Adjustments to service hours may be made in consultation with the property manager.
