Supply of Surgical Table for Medical Facility

This contract involves the delivery of a surgical table to the headquarters of the contracting authority, as detailed in the specifications attached. Offers that do not meet the full scope of the contract will be rejected. Additional terms of the contract are outlined in the draft agreement, which is also attached. The equipment must be delivered, installed, and operational at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow, Poland, within 10 weeks from the contract signing date. The contractor is required to provide training for the hospital staff on the day of delivery, either at the hospital's location or by arranging for a third party to conduct the training at their own expense. Training will be confirmed with the issuance of personalized certificates. This procurement is part of the project aimed at modernizing and expanding diagnostic facilities and pharmaceutical care for oncology patients at the hospital, funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Note: The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement process if the funds intended for this contract are not granted.
